Welcome to Heidee Zamora Music. By accessing or using our services, websites, digital content, and music production offerings, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Heidee Zamora Music services, including but not limited to: songwriting, custom music creation, lyric videos, digital downloads, promotional content, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

“Heidee Zamora Music” (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”) is owned and operated by Heidee L. Zamora. By purchasing, downloading, or engaging with our Services, you accept these terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All original music, lyrics, recordings, videos, and related content created by Heidee Zamora Music are protected under copyright law.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all rights remain with Heidee L. Zamora.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly perform our works without prior written consent.
Custom songs created for clients may be subject to separate agreements outlining usage rights and ownership.

3. Custom Songwriting Services

Clients who commission custom songs will receive music tailored to their request.
Unless otherwise specified in a written contract, all songs remain under the copyright ownership of Heidee L. Zamora, with the client receiving a license to use the song for personal or agreed-upon purposes (e.g., weddings, private events, social media sharing).
Commercial use, broadcasting, or redistribution requires additional licensing agreements.

4. Payments and Fees

All payments for services (songwriting, music production, lyric videos, etc.) must be made in full before final delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fees are non-refundable once work has begun, due to the personalized and creative nature of the Services.
Payment methods accepted will be specified at the time of purchase or contract signing (e.g., PayPal, direct invoice, etc.).

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the custom and digital nature of our Services, refunds are generally not available once a project has started.
If a cancellation occurs before work begins, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
For digital downloads, all sales are final.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide clear instructions, accurate information, and timely communication for commissioned projects.
Delays caused by lack of communication or late responses may extend delivery timelines.

7. Liability

Heidee Zamora Music is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or misuse of our music or services.
We do not guarantee commercial success, streaming performance, or public reception of commissioned works.

8. Privacy and Data Use

Any personal information shared with us (e.g., contact details, event information for custom songs) will be handled with confidentiality.
We will not sell or share your information without consent, except where required by law.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate Services at our discretion, including cases of misuse, disrespectful communication, or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved under Florida jurisdiction.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Return and Refund Policy

At Heidee Zamora Music, we are committed to delivering high-quality music, songwriting, and creative services. Because much of our work involves customized creations and digital products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. Please review the following carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (Music, Lyrics, Videos, Downloads)

All sales of digital products are final.
Once a file has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, we cannot issue refunds due to the nature of digital content.
Please ensure that your device and software are compatible before purchasing or downloading.

2. Custom Songwriting & Music Services

Custom songwriting, lyric videos, and commissioned projects are personalized services and therefore non-refundable once work has begun.
If you cancel before work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to administrative and consultation fees).
If creative work has started, no refunds will be issued.

3. Deposits and Payments

Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your project.
Full payment is typically required before final delivery of any custom song or video.
Once a final product is delivered, no refunds or chargebacks will be honored.

4. Revisions and Satisfaction

We aim to ensure that every project meets your expectations. Reasonable revisions (as agreed in your service package) will be provided.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra fees.

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in the following circumstances:

Duplicate payments or billing errors.
Technical issues on our end preventing delivery of your purchased file/service (and we are unable to resolve them).
